Outlook client connection problems

This is a known bug in outlook (it doesn't reset the idle timout at 29 
minutes like it should).  The best way to deal with this (short of getting 
MS to fix the bug) is just use the compiled defaults and turn off IDLE by 
setting imapidlepoll to 0 in /etc/imapd.conf.
