cyradm shell script error on startup

Hi, all.

I am struggling to get Cyrus IMAP off of the ground.  My current problem 
is that the path to the Cyrus perl modules doesn't seem to get added 
properly to perl INC during compilation/installation.

The cyradm shell script fails.

Help with this would be appreciated.
