Is smmapd murder friendly ?

It has to be run on one of the frontends or mupdate master because the 
backends only see their local mailboxes, not the "total picture". 
Unless you are load balancing the smmapd traffic across frontends, I'd 
probably run it on the mupdate master (which may be a frontend).
