imapd.conf man page missing

imapd.conf.5 is automatically generated from one of the source files. It 
doesn't exist in the distribution until you run 'make'. Nor does the 
imapd.conf.5.html file, either. Now, if it isn't being built during the 
make process, that's a different kettle of fish.
