postfix + cyrus (Mailbox does not exist) Help!

Hello all,

I'am setting up a mail server with Postfix 2.0.14 + cyrus 2.2.3 + MySQL.
I can send mails from my virtual domains haubold-int.de, but I can't 
receive them.
/var/log/mail says:
