Convert seen database to 2.2.5

On my old cyrus-imapd server the seen database is in /var/imap/user. The 
format of the file is like this:

How can I convert this to a proper format for cyrus-imapd 2.2.5? I am 
using the rpm from <http://www.invoca.ch/pub/packages/cyrus-imapd/cyrus-imapd-2.2.5-1.src.rpm>
