Sieve 2.2.3 Problems

Hi, using Cyrus 2.2.3 and Cyrus SASL 2.1.18.
Using saslauthd for authentication with LDAP.
IMAPd works fine, but when I try to use sieve, I never get the SASL line on the
banner, and of course I can't authenticate.  Here are my files:
Any idea why sieve is not seeing  my SASL Mech's?
