Renaming IMSP accounts

In a previous post I learned, thanks to Rob Siemborski, how to rename a top
level IMAP account, but that's only half the battle.  Is there a way to
remotely rename an IMSP account (i.e., via the IMSP protocol)?  And does
anyone have any sample programs (in java, perl, or php) that do that function?
