Default Database Types

With 2.2.3 and later, they are runtime selectable via imapd.conf 
options.  To see which backends are the default for the various 
databases, read imapd.conf(5).  For older versions, the IMAP ID command 
(cyradm version command) will report which backends were selected at 
compile time.
