Port 110 working but not 995

Hello

I installed: cyrus-imapd-2.0.17, created users via saslpasswd and accounts via cyradm, and everythiong is working fine for pop3 (port 110).
But when i try to usue pop3s from my client (port 995 is listening on serwer) my clients can not connect and in logs i receive:

Jul 30 14:14:51 Teg kernel: pid 91932 (pop3d), uid 60: exited on signal 11
Jul 30 14:14:51 Teg pop3d[91932]: pop3s: required OpenSSL options not present
Jul 30 14:14:51 Teg master[91865]: process 91932 exited, signaled to death by 11

i compiled cyrus --with-open-ssl=/usr/local/lib and:
ls -la /usr/local/lib/*ssl*
/usr/local/lib/libssl.a
/usr/local/lib/libssl.so -> libssl.so.3
/usr/local/lib/libssl.so.3

and in /etc/ld.so.conf i have /usr/local/lib

what's wrong ?
