Its very hard to come up with a good IMAP performance test, since modeling
real-world use is extreemly hard.  Just straight "dump the bodies of lots
of messages" is almost certianly *not* a good model of real-world use (and
UW-IMAPd will almost certainly win in such a test).

As far as performance tuning goes, for starters, you don't want to be
using the default 2.1 databases (at the very least, you should be using
skiplist for the mailbox list).
