can't Make????

Strange...
Iwas able to install SASL with no problems at all, but now going to install
the server, I get this problem, after ./configure and make depends...

I am guessing I am missing a pre-req of some sort, but what? I have installed
everything I can think of, can someone see my error?
Running Fedora Core 1 on a PII 266, 320M RAM - This has been a very reliable
workhorse!!
