I'm sorry for not providing imapd.conf. Here it is

sasl_pwcheck_method: saslauthd
sasl_mech_list: PLAIN

autocreatequota: 500000

As you can see, nothing special. It has worked perfect with 2.1.x so
expect it to be just a small detail in the upgraded patches.
