starttls: TLSv1 with cipher RC4-MD5 (128/128 bits reused) no auth

Hi,

I am using Cyrus IMAP service to access E-mails using Outlook Express 6.
Its giving TLS error message while accessing E-mails.

Any help to fix this problem
