The message is bounced because the recipient (cesar at 192.168.1.101) could 
not be found. Your mail server treats "192.168.1.101" as DNS name and 
not as a IP (Name server: 192.168.1.101: host not
found).
Did you set "myhostname=192.168.1.101" in postfix main.cf ?
