How to close POP3 session which is inactive for 60s

Hello,

Can somebody tell me how to close POP3 session which is inactive for 60
seconds.
In imapd.conf poptimeout value cannot be set less then 10 minutes.
Can somebody tell me how to close it in 60 seconds ?
