Running reconstruct as cyrus user

I tried that and was getting a different error:
esmtp# su cyrus -c "/usr/local/cyrus/bin/reconstruct spam"
This account is currently not available.
Do you know what that means? It is working fine by setting the UID in a
C script (see my other post).
