moving mboxes from 2.0.16 to 2.2.1-BETa cyrus imapd

Hi,
I've installed latest BETA and want to move mboxes from old mail server
(2.0.16) to the new one (2.2.1-BETA) . There's a problem with it, all
messages marked as new on new mail server, what's the proper way to move
mailboxes? I'm not going to install new cyrus above the old one.
