Virtual domains shared folders

You send it to a name of $postuser+folder at freebsd.se

So if your imapd.conf sets postuser to bb (the old style) then use
	bb+folder at freebsd.se

If it is blank, use
	+folder at freebsd.se

Note that you may need to convince your mta to keep the plus sign.
