I'm glad to hear that.
I'm not directly familiar with the Sun ONE server (though I do know a few
of the Sun messaging people, and they tend to have their heads screwed on
right), but I suspect the tradeoffs you'll have will be more or less
similar to any open/closed source product tradeoff -- there's better
support and more attention to the UI, but it will be harder to fix things
directly by getting your hands dirty.
You'll also have to deal with the transition. Then again, if the
unification of all of their products is to be believed, it may make your
life easier in the long run.
Though, as far as direct features on its own, it looks like it compares
with something like sendmail+cyrus+webcyradm+squirrelmail (only
"integrated", of course).
If you're happy with what you have, I don't see a reason to undergo the
pain of the transition.
