DBERROR db3: 4 lockers

We created a mailing list for all currently registered students and sent
an email to it a couple days ago.  We managed to deliver 18316 messages in
270 seconds.  That comes out to about 65 messages/sec.  There were some
locker messages in the logs, but the number of lockers never got above 5.

These were db3 lockers on the duplicate delivery database.  We use
skiplist for the mailboxes database.  This is a single server, and we
don't limit the number of lmtpd processes.

Just letting you know what is possible!  :)
