cyradm not responding

Hello dkoobs:
                            Go to /usr/cyrus-imapd-2.1.15/perl/imap

then execute:

                                        perl Makefile.PL
                                        make
                                        make test
                                        make install
                           
I'm assuming you install cyrus-imap from source(tarball).
