This patch seems to be incorrect, it doesn't properly handle the
AC_DEFINE() of DRAC_AUTH (it is missing the template parameter).  I also
don't understand why the instructions were changed to be "run autoconf
directly" as opposed to running the entire bootstrap process via the
SMakefile.
