Dealing with usernames

Gosh sometimes at night I can be so vaque...  I had found this in the
FAQ and changed it in the imapd.conf, however, I had not restarted the
service.  So I thought it didn't work...

Seems to be working now, but how do I specify the mailbox creation with
cyradm?

  cm user.joe.dude  or cm user/joe.dude

because both seem to work.
