I think you should be able to get this info from the "seen" files for each
user.
The location and name of the "seen" files differ between cyrus versions.
I don't know exactly when the change was made, either. Probably somewhere
around 2.0. You don't specify which version of cyrus you're running.
For older cyrus versions, look in the user's mail spool directory for a
file named cyrus.seen.
For newer cyrus versions, look in the /var/imap/user directory. They're
stored in here by username, so for a user "nachoman", you'd want to look
in the file named "nachoman.seen".
I think one of these timestamps indicates the last time a message was
read.
If this fails you, parse the server logs.
