sasl versions

looks like i'm up and running - seems i didn't have the saslauth 
plugins package installed (libsasl-modules*).  i also had to uncomment 
some relevant lines in imapd.conf.

i should contact the debian package maintainer and suggest some 
modifications.. it's been not at all as smooth as debian normally is, 
maybe including the modules in the package dependencies would be a good 
idea.
