Managing Sieve for multiple Users

Is it possible to manage sieve scripts for multiple users ?

my setup is cyrus imapd 2.1.11 with sieve and cyrus-sasl

setup two mailboxes: user.manitu (ACL: manitu lrswipcda) and
      user.test (ACL manitu lrswipcda, test lrswipcda)

but theres no login in for user.test
mail is deliverd to user.test and i can read it when i login as manitu

know i want to setup some filters for mailbox user.test, but
sieveshell only allows me to authenticate as manitu and manage the scripts
for mailbox user.manitu

I tried all possible configurations with sieveshell --user  --auth  --realm
but only got access to user.manitu or authentication failure.

Is there any solution for this ?
