Try main+sub (note that "+" is the default separator in postfix but only 
for the first level, e.g. to file in the folder user.main.sub1.sub2 you 
should use main+sub1.sub2).
Don't forget to set the acl in the folder to allow anonymous posting e.g 
(in cyradm):

sam user.main.sub anonymous p
