It looks like something is really wrong with your .mc files. I know 
these rules which show up in your logfile are defined in one of the 
smtp.mc mailers and cyrusv2.mc only makes use of them but does not 
define them.  How do you rebuild your .cf files ? Are you using 
sendmail-source/cf/cf/Build.sh ? Maybe your .cf files are mangled up 
with different versions of .mc files ? I know debian has its own way of 
building sendmail's configuration and uses .mc files from 
/usr/share/sendmail/cf so maybe you rebuild your configuration a way 
redhat does it which does not know everything about your own .mc files ?
