 I'm not sure how it looks the directory hierarchy under Cyrus but :

 Can you post to "sarwaransari" mailbox ? Have you tried with an IMAP 
client to see the account ?
  
 Also, it looks like "unixhierarchysep: yes" is commented in your
imapd.conf.
