postfix + cyrus + mysql; Mailbox does not exist

You were right,
I did have  have "unixhierarchysep: yes"
commented in my /etc/imapd.conf

I have uncommented the line
created another user via cyradm
but the same problem

(Also after creating the user in Web-Cyradm,
do I have create mailbox via command line cyradm.)
