Its a lot more than you think because of the change from SASL 1.5 to
2.x.

True.  I had to take a look at the CVS archive to notice this.  Note
that it doesn't include any TLS info.  Wait, 2.0.17 doesn't support
STARTTLS.  I'd just upgrade to 2.0.17.
