Cyrus IMAPd 2.1.12 Released

I'm pleased to announce the release of Cyrus IMAPd 2.1.12.  This release
fixes a significant number of bugs throughout the distribution.
Additionally there are the following feature enhancements:

 * pidfile and daemon-mode support for master
 * master now requires that the binaries for its services exist and are
   executable
 * squatter has an option to skip unmodified mailboxes

Additionally, in this release, imapd.c module has received an independent
security audit from SecurityAppraisers and Bynari.
