clients that notify upon new mail in folders other than INBOX ?

Mozilla does it if you set this in user.js:
// Check for new mail in ALL imap folders
user_pref("mail.check_all_imap_folders_for_new", true);

AFAIK, Outlook and OE can do it too.

Don't know about kmail, evolution...
