What is the server's hierarchy delimiter?
Is user.username at domain.com an actual user?
Or is it just a toplevel mailbox?
My limited understanding is that a virtual domain user should be listed as:
user/username at domain.com
If "." is the delimiter, wouldn't "dm user.username at domain.com" mean delete
the "username at domain" user's "com" mailbox?
