cyradm failure

You never want to do any kind of admin outside of the IMAP protocol (eg, 
filesystem tweaks) unless its absolutely necessary.  Since cyradm is 
just a perl-based IMAP client, all you need to do is use the same 
SETQUOTA command:

[ken at eagle]$ imtest -a cyrus localhost
. SETQUOTA <mailbox> (STORAGE <size>)
. LOGOUT


where <size> is in KB.
