ERR IN-USE Unable to lock maildrop

There is nothing in the log files about it.
I have notice that when I send an e-mail to lock e-mail box it gets unlock
and then I can delete messages with imap and I can log in again using POP3.
This is very strange. I have 4000 accounts and right now it happend about 5
times. And I have no idea what it can be.
