To create a shared folder, create a folder w/o the user. prefix, set the
folders acls to anyone p (i.e. anyone may post to the folder) and off
you go.

Horde doesn't need any configuration - at least that is my experience.

If you use Postfix 2.x you might have some problems posting to shared
folders, I posted a solution to the list a few days ago so you'll find
that in the archives.
