I forgot to mention that I ran into this problem before while using 2.1.10. 
After upgrading to the newer version at the time (2.1.14), the problem went 
away. Good thing I upgraded before writing a patch for it ;) So, in summary, 
I would suggest upgrading to 2.1.15 if possible.
