Address check

I am running Sendmail and Cyrus. When Sendmail receive a mail, it does not
know, what users are in Cyrus. All mail is accepted. Further mail is
transferred to Cyrus, thus the part of letters deviates by results of check
of the address and the answer is generated to the sender. Thus sending of
such answers causes serious enough loading on a server.

It is possible to make check of the address in Sendmail, and not accept
letters for nonexistent addresses?
