No, still doesn't work :-(

But when I add user dmitry at intellinetinc.com to admins in imapd.conf
localhost> sam test group:mailusers all
works just fine

When user dmitry at intellinetinc.com is not in admins, anyway it has permissions 
to administer 'Shared Folders/test' folder:
localhost> lam 'Shared Folders/test at intellinetinc.com'
group:mailusers lrswipcda
anyone lrs
