timsieved doesn't after changing from db3 to skiplist

This week I have changed the dupicate-db en 
mboxlist-db from db3 to skiplist.
The rest, duplicate-db, mboxlist-db tls-db 
are the default.

After that my sieve-rules doesn't work.
Is there a relationship between it ?

I use cyrus-imap 2.1.9 with sasl 2.1.2 on Red
Had Linux 7.2

Any suggestions would be appreciated
