Just recompile with STARTTLS support.  If you still have your last
build, run "make distclean", compile with TLS support, make and make
install should do the trick.  Be sure to read the docs, as someone else
mentioned, because you have to create the certs for it to work.

Greetings,
    Has anyone written an HOWTO regarding adding TLS support to a
production machine? My goal is to do this with as little danger to loss
of data or uptime as possible of course, however I have never built TLS
into a cyrus distribution. Any help would be appreciated.
