acl to delete a folder?

Does anybody know offhand what ACL flag is needed to delete a folder
(cyrus-imapd-2.1.8)?  I'm afraid I don't remember whether it was 'a'
or 'c', and I'm feeling too lazy to dig through the source at the
moment.  :)

Say, what ever happened to the IMAPext (?) standards effort, the
one that was to discuss this very ACL flag?  Wasn't it to be 'x' or
something like that?
