I can't find that in any documentation! Anyway, that has no effect for me.
I'm afraid I'll have to give up--I really think there's a bug in Cyrus :(
Thank you very very much for trying to help. For my next trick, I'll now
try to prove Exim can do AUTH EXTERNAL with no mods to the source..
