Cyrus Cannot Delete Mailbox

The "c" option is the one to delete mailboxes, I believe. I just normally
give cyrus "all" permissions when I intend to delete:
sam user.ksikkema.steelcase cyrus all
dm user.ksikkema.steelcase
c*
