Moving cyrus from one machine to another

I not sure how to run saslauthd -a shadow. And how to be auxprop? What I
need right now is PLAIN TEXT login.
The reason I have "sasl_password_check: shadow" is it works on the original
machine. But when I mirrored the disk it does work any more.
Thanks,
Su

This is not a valid SASL option.
I suspect you want sasl_pwcheck_method, and provided you are using SASLv2,
you want it to be saslauthd (and you need to be running saslauthd -a
shadow).
Alternatively, if you intend to do SASLdb authentication, this needs to be
"auxprop"
