sieveshell install without cyrus?

Or, if you are on RedHat Linux, you can install my rpms from 
http://home.teleport.ch/simix/:

perl-Cyrus-2.1.9-3.i386.rpm
cyrus-imapd-utils-2.1.9-3.i386.rpm
