New Cyrus IMAPd rpms with auto db converting functionality

New Cyrus IMAPd rpm packages version 2.1.9-3 are available from 
http://home.teleport.ch/simix/.

Warning for version >= 2.1.9-3:
I have added 'on the fly' db converting  functionality to this release and 
the default db for MBOXLIST_DB and SEEN_DB has been changed to skiplist now. 
Although I have tested the new feature as good as possible, I strongly 
suggest doing a backup of your Cyrus data before installing/upgrading this 
release!
