dlname issues...

in /var/log/messages:

lmtpd[118]: Could not find a dlname line in .la file: libsasldb.la

but I looked in libsasldb.la and see this:

<snip>
# The name that we can dlopen(3).
dlname=''

# Names of this library.
library_names=''

# The name of the static archive.
old_library='libsasldb.a'
<snip>


Obviously this seems the reason for the error, but what _SHOULD_ be there?
(and why is it gone?)

I am using versions:
cyrus-imapd-2.1.9
cyrus-sasl-2.1.7


I see alot of posts about this, but no answer.

CAN SOMEONE please help here?

I did link /usr/local/lib/sasl2 to /usr/lib/sasl2
